He is scientist at Institute of Biotechnology of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic, but currently he is working on his Ph.D. thesis at the Human and Animal Health unit of the Epidemiology and Public Health Department of the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute. Basel University.
