WESCA establishment

The newly established reginoal network of IUCN-Wildlife Veterinary Specialist Group (WESCA) officially began it's activity from 1st July 2006. This network includes all countries in West and Central Asia region. As the first step, WESCA website was launched which plays an important role for communication among WESCA members and all people who are interested in wildlife health and conservation in this area. Sasan Fereidouni, (D.V.M. & Ph.D.) is the regional coordinator of the West & Central Regional network of IUCN Veterinary Specialist Group. WESCA is the best way for all wildlife scientists and experts of this region to introduce their activities and communicate with other specialists in this region as well as all specialists around the world.
